Confirmation of orders

Each order you place on our site will be followed by a communication via e-mail that will confirm receipt of the order and summarize the details of the order. A subsequent e-mail will confirm the acceptance and fulfillment of the order, and will report the identification data of the courier and the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our aim is to guarantee the customer the most complete satisfaction. If the customer once received the purchased goods decides to return it, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty (according to the consumer code DL 21 Feb. 2014 n.21 in compliance of the European rules relating to e-commerce being implemented).
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an e-mail to aimcare1997@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to communicate the wish to withdraw.
Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the customer will have a further 14 days to return the goods.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

By law, the contribution for the shipping costs related to the return of the goods is charged to the customer, using a carrier of his choice. The item must be returned intact, in the same conditions as when it was received.
The item must be returned properly packaged in the SAME PACKAGING used for shipping to the customer or in any case with resistant material suitable for transport. We will not accept other types of packaging or in any case packaging that is insufficient to maintain the integrity of the article and / or that are damaged during transport. In this case, the item will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Aim care srls will reimburse the Customer, as soon as the product is received and after verifying its integrity, the amount paid. Or, at the customer's choice, credit can be used to replace or purchase another item.
IMPORTANT: insert in the return package a copy of the paper purchase receipt found in the shipment.

• Pursuant to art. 67, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned constitutes a necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged and / or altered.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods to be returned are not required to be insured against theft and accidental damage from transport. However, since the risk inherent in the return of the goods weighs on the buyer, Aim care srls invites the buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at his own expense, the shipment for the indicated value.
• In accordance with art. 67, paragraph IV, of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product and only after verifying the fulfillment of the above points, Aim care srls will proceed, in the shortest possible time, to reimburse the sums paid by the user. The refund amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. The user's ability to subscribe to current commercial offers remains unaffected.
