Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, called the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send AimCare Srls notice of withdrawal within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by e-mail to the address aimcaresrls@pec.it (provided that it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt) and registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

The communication must include the following information:

- Name and Surname of the customer;
- Customer address;
- Order number and date of purchase;
- Item description, quantity, reason for the return and relative amount paid.

Upon receipt of the communication, Aim Care will communicate via email to the customer how to ship the products. Please note that the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the customer as required by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Once the withdrawal request has been accepted and the goods received, Aim Care will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 30 days from the date on which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.

Finally, please consider that the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code ca n't exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:

- The opening of the product, which has therefore compromised its integrity;
- The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. case, cap, dispenser, etc.);
- Damage to the product;
- Goods returned after 30 days which represent the maximum return deadline.

The consumer customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal even in the case of the purchase of Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers), consequently the amount spent for the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
