Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send AimCare S.r.l.s a withdrawal notice within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent via email to the address aimcaresrls@pec.it and to the address info@aim-care.com (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt requested) and by registered mail with return receipt requested addressed to:

The communication must include the following information:

- Customer's name and surname;
- Customer's address;
- Order number and purchase date;
- Description of the item, quantity, reason for return, and corresponding amount paid.

Upon receipt of the communication, Aim Care will communicate via email to the customer the procedures for shipping the products. Please note that the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Once the return request is accepted and the goods are received, Aim Care will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 30 days from the date the customer exercised the right of withdrawal.

Please consider that the consumer customer, according to the Consumer Code, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

- The product has been opened, thereby compromising its integrity;
- Essential elements of the product are missing (e.g., case, cap, dispenser, etc.);
- The product is damaged;
- The merchandise is returned beyond the 30-day period, which represents the maximum return deadline.

The consumer customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal even in the case of purchasing Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers), consequently, the amount spent on the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
